Open your mind.
The brain is the most complex organ of a human being. It controls everything. It is extremely powerful but we only use a very little fraction of it. Here, without pretending to know everything, we explore ideas and thoughts to may have a better use of our brain. A better use of our brain to live a better life with ourselves, others, the world and universe.
Open your mind and listen.
Let’s use our senses. Being focused and conscious of the discussion, of the words, of the touns, of the sounds. This seems obvious, but not so much. Our inner noise sometimes takes too much place and doesn’t allow us to really listen to the world. Listening allows us to be connected to others, to nature, to music, to the world… and so open our mind. Listening is understanding.
Open your mind and watch.
Let’s use our senses. Take your time to observe, to enjoy pictures, lights, shapes and colors. Watch the world around you, people, behaviors, attitudes, looks… The vision is a gift of the human body and the brain. It seems important to use and enjoy this gift. See everything, watch everything. Watch better to understand better, and so open your mind.
Open your mind and understand.
Understand, or at least trying. It is for me one of the most important part of the process to open our mind. Be conscious of what is going on inside ourselves, around ourselves, inside others and for others. Change your perspective, take the time to be in other’s shoes. Try to understand better. Understand what is real for you and for others, because truth can be relative. Understand what is said, what is unsaid. Understand what is visible and invisible. Understand life situations. Opening your mind is understanding it, and understanding others.
